Meeting called to order at 7:14pm by Chairman Deming
OLD BUSINESS:
n Mike Kaminski, Alternate to the Board, still waiting a decision on possible conflict with his job and will report back.
NEW BUSINESS:
n Jessica Kelmelis asked for the approval of a 8ft x 12ft addition to a standing 8ft x 12ft outbuilding on their property on Colebrook River Road. 650ft setback from the road,
midway of 275ft property width. Listed on Map 410, Lot 11.3 of Tolland Property Maps.
Approval unanimous.
n Town Clerk, Sue Voudren upadated us on Freedom of Information Act changes. Meeting Agendas to be posted 48 hours prior to scheduled meeting to give people a chance to get on the agenda.
n Minutes of 12/20/2010 were approved as presented.
n Next meeting was scheduled for February 28, 2011 7pm.
